This brand new green 5-person wooden holiday home with a view of the forests is located in the charming town of Wagenhausen, located near the Moselle and the famous volcanic craters (Maren). This property is a paradise for bird watchers, with annually breeding black storks and various woodpecker species. The green house is located next to the blue house, both offer the same comfort and amenities.

The holiday home has four bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with single beds. The property offers all modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living space with WiFi and a flat-screen TV, and parking for two cars with the possibility of electric charging.

The area offers numerous activities. Nature lovers can enjoy hiking trails through the Eifel, and the nearby cities of Trier, Koblenz and Cochem are easily accessible by car or motorbike. For cycling and golf enthusiasts, there are extensive options in the wooded area and nearby golf courses.
